Skill edits and Django

Rewrote the skills for learning, explain and added a weekly learning skill. Will test them at the end of sessions and report back.

Redid most of ADR Django project, to reflect some new ideas and better practices. Also trimmed all documentation to have less fluff. Went a bit too far with vibecoding the Django site and had to revert to template so I could re-initiate the whole project to miss all learning. I did however waste all my session credits in the process and had to do this manually :’)…
